招聘：Sr. VoIP Engineer

RingCentral is looking fora Sr. VoIP application developer to join the very talented VoIP team, to buildthe world class VoIP application, in the leading UCaaS business collaborationcompany. Your work will deeply impact the way of millions of people doingbusiness and communicate.

Job description:

Acquire the product and technical requirements and propose the technical solution and design.
Implement the VoIP related features with high code and product quality
Own and drive the technical solution across teams
Closely work with other team members and QA to advance the voice quality
Stay on top of trend of VoIP technology and bring in new innovation to keep RingCentral VoIP technology competitive

Technical requirements:

Good understanding of relevant network protocols and voice knowledge such as RTP, RTCP, TCP/IP, DTMF, etc.
Experience in dealing with impact of adverse network conditions and ensure the superior voice quality over poor network connections
3+ years of experiences in C++/Objective-C software development and preferably on Linux.
Familiar with WebRTC is a strong plus

Team work spirit
Customer and quality oriented mindset

The following skills andexperiences will be big plus:

Mobile app development on iOS and/or Android
Excellent English communication skills. Good spoken English preferred
Open source projects
